Week of October 22, 2012
11th Academic English
We'll continue our study of Arthur Miller's The Crucible.  Monday we will begin to read together and discuss Act III.  On Wednesday, you will take a quiz on Act III.  Thursday is ASVAB Testing.  On Friday, you will take Vocabulary Quiz #4, will turn in Newsweek summary #3 and will begin work on Vocabulary List #5.  Don't forget that your Crucible research project is due on Tuesday, October 23rd!  That date was moved from Monday, October 22nd.

12th Academic English
We'll continue viewing the film Becket this week.  You should remember to take notes to help you answer the essay test due after we finish watching the film.  Right now, I'm projecting that we will finish the film on Wednesday, so your essay test is due on Thursday, October 25th.  Should the film run longer than that, the essay test will be due the day after we finish viewing the film.  On Friday, you will take Vocabulary Quiz #4, will turn in Newsweek summary #3 and will begin work on Vocabulary List #5.
