This week we will finish our study of The Canterbury Tales. We will discuss all of the material and look at how this depiction of late Medieval life in England gives us further understanding of society. Later in the week you will take a test on this literature, then will begin work on Shakespeare's MacBeth.

We will also review your answers to the Act II study guide questions and prepare for a quiz on Act II. Your newspaper article summaries are due on Tuesday. Make sure you have them completed and ready to turn in for a grade.

On Monday we will take some class time to review vocabulary list #5 and its worksheet. On Wednesday you will take vocabulary quiz #5 and will work on vocabulary list #6.

Make sure you take good notes to prepare for a test on this information. Don't forget that essay test rewrites are due on Monday, November 7th!!
