Week of November 5, 2018
11th Academic English
This week we will continue our look at Arthur Miller's drama, The Crucible.  We will read together sections of Act II and discuss the elements of conflict that are starting to appear in this play.  On Thursday, you will take vocabulary quiz #5, will turn in reading response #5 and will begin work on vocabulary list #6.

12th Academic English
This week we will continue our work with "The Nun's Priest's Tale."  We will discuss the literary elements found in this work and also will discuss what societal values are reflected in this tale.  On Thursday, you will take vocabulary quiz #5, will turn in reading response #5 and will begin work on vocabulary list #6.

12th Honors English
We will continue our analysis of "The Nun's Priest's Tale" this week.  Make sure your table is ready to teach your assigned segment of this work.  On Thursday, you will take vocabulary quiz #5, will turn in reading response #5 and will work on vocabulary list #6.  On Friday, we will begin work on "The Pardoner's Tale."

SAT Prep
This week you will continue work with the SAT Premier workbook.  Make sure you are practicing the strategies explained in the chapters you study.  Turn in completed answer sheets as you finish the chapter work.
