Week of January 9, 2017
11th English
This week we will begin our study of Shakespeare's The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark.  On Monday you will take some notes while watching a documentary on Shakespeare's life.  After we  finish the documentary, we will begin reading and analyzing the first act of this play.  On Friday you will have time to review for your midterm exam.  The exam will take place on Tuesday, January 17th.

11th Academic English
This week you will complete your independent study work from unit 5.  Be prepared to hand in the written work on Thursday.  On Friday you will have time to review for your midterm exam.  The exam will take place on Tuesday, January 17th.

12th Academic English
This week we will finish our analysis of MacBeth.  On Tuesday you will take a quiz on Act IV.  On Thursday you will take a quiz on Act V.  On Friday you will have time to review for your midterm exam.  The exam will take place on Tuesday, January 17th.
