11th Academic English
On Tuesday, you will have time to finish Vocabulary List #9 and its review sheet. The quiz on this list will be given on Thursday, January 28th. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we will begin our preparations for the PSSA Tests (happening in April) by review some composition revising and editing skills. You will be given a sheet of common grammar and usage rules and will use that information to work with the Editing and Revising workbooks in class. We will complete units 1 through 10 in this workbook. Be sure to welcome Mr. Smith, who will be working with us during the second semester!

12th Academic English
On Tuesday, you will have time to finish Vocabulary List #9 and its review sheet. The quiz on this list will be given on Thursday, January 28th. On Wednesday, we will begin work on the Research Writing Project. You will be given handouts explaining deadlines, requirements, etc. Thursday and Friday we will work in the Library on the first parts of this project. Be sure to welcome Mr. Smith, who will be working with us during the second semester.
