Week of March 2, 2009
11th Academic English
This week we will continue our preparations for the PSSA Reading Test (March 17, 18 and 24). We will continue to work in the PSSA Reading Coach workbook and take notes on the information we study. We will take Vocabulary Quiz #12 on Thursday, March 5th. Newsweek Summary #13 is due at that time also. On Friday, we will discuss Act II of Hamlet.

12th Academic English
We are nearing the end of the Research Project. The Works Cited page is due on Tuesday, March 3. This week, we will begin work on the novel Frankenstein, written by Mary Shelley, and will begin studying the Romantic Period of British Literature. Vocabulary Quiz #12 is on thursday, March 5th, and Newsweek Summary #13 is due at that time also.
